Applications are invited from the citizens of India as defined in the Article 4 to 8 the Constitution of the prescribed form of application available in Part IX of the Assam Gazette for filling up the posts in Head Office and different districts in Asam as detailed below:

Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a recognized university with 50% marks in aggregate.
Pay Band-3 Rs. 22,000/- to 87,000 /-with grade pay Rs. 9,700/- plus other allowances.
Junior Assistant: Any graduate from a recognized university with Diploma/ Certificate in computer skills with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and knowledge in computer typing in Assamese language.

Pay Band-3 Rs. 14,000/- to 49000/-with grade pay Rs6,200/- plus other allowances.
Educational Qualification: Junior Assistant: Any graduate from a recognized university with Diploma/ Certificate in computer skills with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and knowledge in computer typing in Assamese language.
Age limit: 18 years to 38 years as on 1-01-2019.The upper age limit is relaxable by
5 years in case of ST/SC candidates.
3 years for OBC/MOBC
10 years for PwD candidates.
Application fees: Rs. 300/- for OBC/MOBC and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST for the post of Assistant Fund Control officer and Rs. 200/- for OBC/MOBC and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST for the post of Junior Assistant, NIL for PwD Candidates.
Payment method: Bank draft drawn on SBI and payable at Dispur behalf of Secretary- Cum-P.F. Commissioner, Board of Trustees.
How to apply: Candidates shall have to apply separately for each post. The candidates should enclose the following along with the filled in Standard Form (attach self-attested copies of certificates)
- Duly signed 3 copies of recent passport size photograph (one pasted and two stapled)
- HSLC Admit / Certificate in support age.
- Degree passed mark sheet and certificate
- Bank Draft.
- One self-addressed envelope (size 10”X4”) pasted with Rs. 5/- postal stamp.
- Valid Employment Registration Certificate (must)
The name of the post applied for should be clearly written in “block letters” in the envelope containing the application form and it should be addressed to the Secretary- Cum-P.F. Commissioner, A.T.E.P.F. organization, Basistha, Lalmati, Guwahati-781029.
Applicants who are already employed should submit their application through proper channel.
